We are proud to share our home 60 seconds to the highly sought after Sunnyside Beach on the West end with you. We have a private heated pool shared between 7 homes, and are directly across from beach access point "90". No need for golf carts or traffic, as we are a simple walk across the street. This getaway is away from all the traffic on the west end on the beautiful Kiska and Sunnyside Beach, where you can daily enjoy the most amazing sunsets on some of the best beaches in the world.

Our townhouse and plenty of space is perfect for families or those looking for a spacious retreat. There are three fully furnished floors, all of which are beautifully furnished and feature hardwood, laminate and tile flooring. Ground floor suite is perfect for those seeking easy in and out of the home with zero stairs and includes a small kitchen area good for simple cooking.

Some of the highlights of the Townhouse include gulf views from the 2nd story balcony (living room and kitchen area) and the 3rd floor Master Bedroom and brand new large smart TVs spread throughout the house for when you need to just relax - loaded with all the available streaming services ready for you. Games and puzzles are available for more interactive entertainment.

1st Floor:

The 1st floor features a King Bedroom that has a 1/2 kitchen, sofa with a queen sleeper (memory foam mattress) and a full bathroom w/ standup shower. This floor also provides access to the garage, back porch, and the pool area.

2nd Floor:

The 2nd floor features a formal living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a 1/2 bathroom. Included is a queen sleeper sofa and giant smart tv for streaming. The porch off of the living room allows for wonderful views of the pool, and some views of the gulf of Mexico. This floor also has a very spacious Queen bedroom with full bathroom, a Full Futon sleeper, very large walk in closet, and a smart screen TV.

3rd Floor:

The 3rd floor features a spacious Master bedroom that hosts a private balcony that provides amazing views of the gulf. The large master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower. The master also has a flat screen tv and closet. This floor also has another Queen bedroom that features a new smart flat screen TV and closet (additional closet space just outside the bedroom door). The last bedroom on this floor is a bunk room with an additional twin bed that also features a closet and flat screen TV. And lastly, there is a full bathroom on this floor adjacent to the Queen bedroom.

This townhouse also features a large backyard for grilling, walking the dog, throwing a ball and other activities out by the pool. There is an outdoor shower beside the pool for cleaning off when you come back from the beach.

You will also have access to Xfinity wireless Internet and a smart-tv in every room - in case you need to do a little work on vacation or just catch up on your shows. Dog bowls provided for your pets too!

One of the great things about this location is that you are so close to everything. The home is only a five minute drive to Inlet beach and about a ten minute ride down to Rosemary Beach or Seacrest Beach where you can browse shops, ride bikes, or go out to dinner. If you are wanting to stay in and explore Panama City Beach, we are ten minutes from Pier Park.

This house is the best of both worlds close enough 30A for quick access to grocery stores and restaurants, and in a rare area to enjoy our unique, pristine, sugar-white sandy beaches known as one of “The World's Most Beautiful Beaches".
