Location is great, but the condo needs some improvements. For example the mattress and sleeping sofa bed mattress very uncomfortable. Would not recommend to anyone with back problems. The bed mattress too soft and on sofa bed you can feel metal rails under. Also there were two cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets. May be due to big gap between the door to the hallway and floor. The unit very small for 4 people. As I said we liked the area but not the condo. Will not stay there anymore.

Location location location

Wonderful experience. Location, location, location! Great parking, central to everything. We enjoyed the nightlife and the convenient of everything right in walking distance of the condo. Love the fact that the hall way is air conditioned. The tram service to the beach is on time and easy. One thing I would like to see is the addition of a cordless vacuum in the condo. Would love to be able to do a quick vacuum to help control the sand when coming back from the beach.
