]I wasn’t very happy with the room at first and initially planned to give a low rating. However, the staff was responsive to my concerns and provided a dehumidifier to address the damp odor we noticed upon arrival. It noticeably improved the air quality and overall smell. Housekeeping also did a good job, but the hotel overall shows signs of wear and tear, and there’s only so much that good cleaning can mask.

RewriteWonderful hotel with great staff. I particularly want to shout out Karen. What a lovely front desk staff. Very accomodating and she did it with a smile. The location was perfect. Although not in Casco Viejo, it was only like a $4 uber ride away. It is connected to the Albrook mall which has lots of shopping and food. Will definitely stay here again. However pool was small and extremely crowded

Coffee machine wasn’t working. They took it but never returned any. Laundry room the floor was totally wet when using the dryer- health hazard. My kids had to wait almost 1 hour to get towels by the pool. Also 1 waited until 2 hours one night for room towels. Bought breakfast on Christmas Day at the restaurant and it was horrible. The day kids under 12 eat free buy I still had to pay at the end of breakfast. Bad service
