Perfect Choice
This was the perfect destination for our 3 night stay in Panamá City! The hotel is older but it appears they doing some renovations. Our room was very nice and recently remodeled. We loved every detail! The front desk staff was very helpful, the buffet breakfast had so many choices and the outdoor pool area was a nice bonus for being located right in the city. This is an excellent value for the price!

Very old hotel that I expect will be bull-dozed soon. Most guests seemed to be from central and south america hence skewing reviews. If you are from US or Canada and speak only english, suggest you go elsewhere. Most staff (front desk and restaurant) speak little to no english. This is really a 3 star hotel at best. Service is very poor. Our TV wasn't working on arrival and had to ask several times for someone to come up and look at it over first couple days. They finally replaced it with another one after again calling reception. Asked for a blanket at least 5 times both by calling and stopping by reception over 2 days, which never got delivered so picked up ourselves front desk. They took old towels from our rooms and didn't replace them several times. Again called and stopped by front desk to tell them a couple times and again had to get them ourselves from front desk. If you are looking to relax by pool, don't bother. It gets no sun at all except for last part of the day when a small part of pool area get sun. What few lounge chairs they have are old and falling apart. They were starting to replace some during our stay but still in terrible shape. Breakfast is mediocre at best. Stale bread, crappy coffee (which seemed like instant coffee). They had someone making omelettes which were OK but same same spread and limited choice each morning. Restaurant wait staff speaks no english at all and service is terrible. Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend hotel.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean with the basic amenities. However, there were only hand towels and no face towels in the bathroom. There was a nice view of the city from the large window. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Rough night at the Hotel
The hotel is good however the staff is not really into customer servise , there was a car parked at the front where i came to unload my luggage and he wasnt moving until i came out and ask him to move , when he move a taxi came and tailgate my vehicle and i didnt have space to take the luggage out , i ask the taxi and he start to argue and the guy in charge didnt do anything to help me, after that the same guy that was parked on the front blocked the entrance to the parking area and i had to keep asking to move the car , i told the front reception about this and they didnt do anything about it ,
