While the staff was very attentive and nice, the receptionists were not diligent in preparing the correct receipt for the rooms i booked.lots of errors, but in all my family and I had a lovely stay, and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location! Convenient to everything! Hotel was clean and had daily housekeeping. Our room was very comfortable and the waterfall shower-head was amazing! Pool was very nice! There were ample chairs and umbrellas as well as bar service. We did not use the spa or gym but they looked nice. The breakfast buffet offered several options and everything we had was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

We were told the breakfast buffet was the best in town but I was very disappointed because the first morning the eggs were cold and we didn't have time to wait in line for an omelette. All of the hot dishes were cold or lukewarm. The crepes were crispy and tough. We thought perhaps it was because it was later in the morning that things had cooled off but the next morning we were there when they opened and the food was cold again. Cold eggs aren't my favorite - and the omelette lady wasn't ready when they opened the buffet. All in all the buffet in my opinion was an epic fail for breakfast. The room was suitable and comfortable although nothing special.

This hotel has all the elements required to make it a perfect stay. Price: Excellent. Free Breakfast; plentiful. Enjoyed having breakfast on their outdoor patio. Room: Very Roomy and NOT damp and humid like other places we stayed at. Make sure to book a room with a BAY VIEW !!! It didn’t bother us, but there’s a little traffic noise on the other side (non bay view)Pool Area: Large Pool with enough seating. They might need more umbrellas, it’s hot. Areas requiring: INTERENT in the room was awful. Make sure you have a SIM card. As noted in other review(s) washroom sink didn’t drain well at all. Overall, would return as we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. We had a wonderful view of the bay and the city. The neighborhood was safe. The staff was ver attentive and friendly. There was an assortment at breakfast, Happy glhour prices and a Barbq night that we took part of. They made our stay wonderful.

A clean safe place to rest or west with a very courteous staff wether it's to find your way around the city , get your cloths taking care of, get your breakfast delivered to your room they are readily available 24/7 to gather to all your needs, with onsite restaurant, bar offering a la carte or buffet like activity providing complete coverage In the food department, there's always a or taxis or Uber within 4 , 5 mns banks at about 5 and 10 mns and a bar area with various clubs and bars if you are a nightowle and sure theres mall, beaches for those closer to the sunny day.
