The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff is courteous, and professional. The property is well-kept and clean. The only thing that need improvement is the breakfast menu, it is nearly the same daily. Also tea and coffee is available outside of breakfast hours. The location is perfect for shopping for food and other items.

The property location is excellent very close to restaurants, shopping, pharmacy and supermarket. The room rugs where not very clean so I requested a room without rugs. There was a shower handle that was loose and the shower door hinge was missing so you could not close the shower door completely. The staff in general was friendly and courteous. The front door guard was very helpful, attentive and very courteous and ready to assist you in anyway. The pool and outdoor areas very pleasant and very relaxing and the staff were very good in attending to your drinks and food orders. The morning breakfast buffet was varied every day and it was good, they had fresh fruit every morning and the staff was very helpful.

Nice modern hotel near the city centre with a supermarket and numerous restaurants nearby. The food at the onsite Biergarten was not bad, but the included buffet breakfast was somewhat limited - cereal, fruit and a couple of hot options. Rooms are spacious but my bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. A bit far from the old town and the major tourist sites - you will need to take a taxi but they are very cheap.

Be warned, the hotel hosts a rave at their pool area that plays throbbing bass dance music until 4am. My entire bed was shaking. It was so loud, and after a full day of travel, I did not sleep. There was no one at the front desk answering the phones. Unbelievable.
