There was mold in my room. At first I thought I smelled it, looked around for it but the smell seemed to disappear. It seems that the hotel is aware of the mold problem but they try to mask it. Mold cannot be covered up when it’s in a building. It must be removed. Upon returning back to the U.S., once I opened my suitcase, the moldy smell hit me like a CAT 1. I asked different members of my family to smell the clothes and tell me what they smell. They all said mold. I turn on my CPAP machine to go to sleep that night, and my entire CPAP system smells like mold. You may not always see mold but you can smell it once you’re away from it for a while. Mold can make people very sick or even cause death. I will never book this hotel ever again. You pay for what you get.

Our stay was excellent at this hotel. The breakfast selection was wide. However, because of the language barrier the staff could not understand us but were very accommodating

I stayed 4 nights recently for a vacation with my husband The hotel is very nice and I felt safe with all the guards posted around the property Check in was easy I found the beds to be extremely hard and very bad lighting in the rooms I also was shocked that most of the employees on the casino floor do not speak English The breakfast was repetitive but good Overall we had a very nice stay and the housekeeping staff was always on point!! The hotel although always kept clean has an old musty smell about so much so that my clothes reeked when I got home The rooftop pool was amazing but I do with it stayed open later than 7p Also a big no no for me was on Sundays the hotel apparently allows locals in for pool use so my quiet pool time became my husband and I being pushed out by a child’s birthday party Overall I give the hotel a 6/ 10 I selected to stay at a Casino /Hotel to avoid a child like atmosphere

The front desk staff were very helpful and kind, as was housekeeping, but some of the casino staff made me feel fairly unwelcome. It’s a decent value for the money, but the cleanliness was a little lacking as my room still had rings all over the counter from drinking glasses of the guest(s) before me. Bed was comfortable, but the lights were nuts. Overhead lights blinked like a strobe light and the bedside lamp just randomly came on a lot. That being said, I didn’t say anything since I didn’t have the Spanish vocabulary for those problems, but they probably would’ve fixed it. Food was okay, breakfast was a decent spread. Overall, I’d stay again just bc of the value for the money, even if it wasn’t perfect.

Excellent hotel

We were very impressed with the hotel; the rooms were spotless and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent. The included breakfast was generous and the serving staff incredibly nice. The pool area was great. My only complaint (and this is nitpicking) was that some of the pool loungers really needed cushions to be comfortable - lying directly on the metal beds was too hot and very uncomfortable.

Free upgrade, room and bathroom were excellent. The breakfast was great, real food. great friendly staff everywhere. Casino was fun. Room was also quiet and peaceful. The pool was freakin awesome. Room service 24/7 if desired. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and if you're a coffee lover, theres a nespresso like machine in the room with coffee pods!
