Comfortable Neighborhood Unit, Renovation In-process

This is a clean, cozy, well-located Studio, just a quick few minutes walk to the Place de la Bastille, Marais, Place de la Vosges neighborhoods. There is easy access to Metro @ Place de la Bastille. Fabrice met us at the property to familiarize and gave great recommendations. It is worth noting that this is a working neighborhood, a plus for us, but might not suit everyone. Also, there is currently a large renovation project underway on the building's facade, which significantly reduces the enjoyment of the outdoor space, so recommend you check with Fabrice before booking. Fabrice did alert us to this undertaking a few weeks in advance of our stay, but with not many options for other accommodations at that point, we stuck with it--I'd love going back when the work is completed, to more fully enjoy the patio garden!

Quelques petites choses pourraient être améliorées ou apportées : la porte d'entrée vétuste, une pomme de douche avec un jet moins violant, un balai classique avec sa pelle pour un ménage sommaire. Eclairages dans la douche et sous l escalier absents ou cassés.
