We are very disappointed with Expedia and particularly Bellvilla. On this trip through Europe, we booked several services through the Expedia app, both in Spain and France, and had no problems. Upon arriving in Paris and checking into our accommodation, we found a damaged sofa bed, only two towels (we reported our party was of four adults), no internet, no telephone line, no television service, and we weren't even sure if the heating was working properly. We reported this via message, as instructed on Expedia. Receiving no response, we reported it the next day via email to the service provider, but again received no reply. It goes without saying that, being on a trip, we did not have a landline to call. It is important to mention that even the Holafly service we subscribed to was not working at the property, forcing us to get wet and go out into the garden to try to find some kind of signal. On the third day of our stay, the power went out completely, forcing us to book a room at another hotel with the additional economic expense and leave our rented property in the dark. It should be noted that the rest of the building had electricity, except for the basement where the rental apartment is located.
Therefore, it is obvious that we properly reported the situation—both through our own channels and those provided by Expedia. The deplorable condition of the property and the service provider's unwillingness to intervene are also evident. We pity any future customers of this place
