At the bottom end of the Disneyland hotel list but still a great place to stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We moved to another hotel after our stay here and they moved our luggage for us, which was fantastic. The merch shop is also excellent as my daughter was able to buy the things she wanted that weren't available in other stores. Plus there's a Starbucks on site which is a great place for breakfast

The hotel is spotless, bathrooms and bedrooms so clean. The reception area was hectic, thronged with people; the water machine in the main building was out of order and Starbucks did not have any pastries for sale at breakfast time.

The hotel and room were perfect for a stay with young kids. A short walk to the parks, there’s a shop and cafe on site as well as the restaurant and bar. The rooms are basic but have everything needed and my kids loved the Cars theme. Staff were very friendly. We’ve previously stayed at the Cheyenne hotel, but found little difference between quality of the rooms so we’ll definitely choose Santa Fe again given the price difference.

No AC, fan deliberately set to medium and adjustments disabled, mini fridge space in room, but mini fridge missing. Window handle broken off. So we couldn't open the window properly. Only perk was a shuttle to the park. This hotel needs help. Cannot believe it was Disney hotel!

This was a perfect location for our family vacation to Disney Paris. We were so busy at the park we spent really little time in the rooms, which were clean, comfortable and super convenient. The on-site Starbucks was a lovely bonus, as was the breakfast buffet. And the staff was wonderful! We took the shuttle to the park but also walked a few times, which was easy peasy. If you’re thinking of a budget-friendly Disney option, I highly recommend Santa Fe!
