Coast Hotels - accommodation in Pasadena

I booked a King room, when I got there they did not have one available. I was given a room with two queen beds. There was a bottle top on the floor from a previous guest???? I woke up at 4 to shower and leave for my flight only to find there was no water in the shower/bath. When I called the front desk the response was that I did not know how to use it. No schedule was available for the airport shuttle. I will not be staying here again

I love the location and the amenities the hotel has to offer. Staff was nice and friendly and allowed me to check in early after a long travel day and waived the fee. My last three visits have all been the same, my room is right by the elevator and or faced the street causing me to be woken up at all hours of the night by guests and pedestrians outside of the room making it unpleasant and disruptive at times. I know that the rooms arent great for those who book through a third party and it shows. I just wish there were better rooms available when booking through a 3rd party.
