Checked in, first room no AC. Called down, waiting hours before someone came in to confirm it’s not working and we need a new room. We were told to sit tight and wait for someone to come up with new keys. No one came. Called down, finally someone came, gave us keys at the door did not ask if we needed help with luggage. Move to an upper floor went to go into our new room just to discover that it is a dirty room that has not been cleaned. Went downstairs to get it settled with a new room as we were very unhappy at this point. Checked into our newest room to find hair in our bathtub. At this point, we just decided that we were just gonna sleep and get out of this hotel and never return.
