The heating/cooling unit in the room sounded like a rock tumbler. Parking was a nightmare, not enough spaces. Room was clean, and staff were super friendly and helpful, but the place needs a makeover.

Good! Water pressure for shower was meh. No elevator but that didn’t bother us as it’s only 2 floors. Pool was clean. Biscuits for biscuits and gravy were still frozen.

Made a reservation and paid for it through Expedia. However, when I arrived I was told they don’t show it being paid for so I had to pay upon checking in even when I proved the payment by showing my receipt and bank statement. The next morning I asked about it again and was told that shouldn’t have happened and they would look into it so now I’m hoping I get my money back. Also, I wasn’t able to adjust the shower temperature in my room. So that made for a great night!
