Sunway lagoon Resort is an excellent destination for families of all ages, The rooms are large enough, with bedding for 4 comfortably managed with a king & a queen , extra roll a way also available if required, Our room overlooked the theme park & the pool. The pool is great with kids pool at either end , waterfalls, Grotto & crystal clear water, also had friendly lifeguard on duty all day so parents can relax & kick back with a cocktail prepared by the terrific staff at the pool bar. Hotel is literally built alongside the Sunway Lagoon Theme & water park which is a must for families - we had a great fun day out at the park & left totally spent from full day of water sliding with plenty to amuse all ages. The highlight for us was the brilliant staff at the hotel, from the welcoming door attendants (Mary & Casey had a permanent smile on their faces & were great) the restaurant staff & Chefs in the Resort Café , Sarbani on the evening shift was great & arranged a birthday cake for our daughters 7th & chef Halid taught us how to make Roti bread, The waiting staff were always friendly & efficient .

A little out of the way but nice environment with surrounding Golf course. Free shuttle bus service to/ from KLCC compensated for location. Closer to airport than KLCC (half the distance).

Aerotel was very convenient for a single night stay as I had a 9am flight the next day. It was fairly affordable for a private room in an airport hotel at $80AUD. The room was very clean and comfortable despite being so small. The shared bathrooms were clean but some of the other residents had poor hygiene. I did not use any other facilities. I would book again if I needed one night but would not stay longer.
