Each house consists of 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, living room with fireplace and integrated kitchen, bathroom and toilet. So that the family can meet and enjoy meals together, the establishment has a large living room with a fully equipped professional kitchen and 3 barbecues along the terraces. In addition, the little ones can enjoy the numerous swings and slides located next to the magnificent and large private pool. The pool is equipped with a water jet with 4 outlets that can be used for pleasant massages. On one of the covered terraces, you can enjoy the excellent temperatures of the region. On the property there is a playground with a basketball hoop, a giant chessboard and, for sports enthusiasts, an impeccable paddle court. The place offers breathtaking views of the La Viñuela reservoir, about 15 minutes away by car, a beautiful "natural" environment where you can kayak, fish or spend an unforgettable day in its magnificent facilities at certain times of the year. Cortijo Casa Rural Los Tulipanes is in a privileged location where you can enjoy a great coastal climate, despite its inland location. Great family holiday!

We had the best time, villa was great, pool was huge and gorgeous! The tennis/paddle court was also a big hit! About a 20 min walk into the village of Periana, any problems Rafael is quick to respond! Would love to return!

Lovely and Rural

Loved tbe property which was perfect as there were 3 families staying and has a lovely outdoor area and swimming pool, the children loved it as did the adults.
