Hi John, let's clarify a few things. You booked via wotif 6 months prior. All the terms and conditions are on the site you booked through, including the cancellation policies. Then less than 16 hours prior to your check-in, you rang the bed and breakfast, asking to change the no children policy, which is put in place for the comfort of all guests. To make matters worse, you then told me you would attend the b&b the next day, we then made arrangements to greet you at the property, then didn't show, contacting me after 11pm advising me you couldn't get here. Sometimes I wonder about the entitlement of some people, you made the mistake and expect everyone else to fix it for you.
