Everything is great, except that I am on second floor, which does not require card key access, making it feel a bit unsafe. Also my window is directly facing the bar outside, privacy is a concern with drape open. But I am sure everyone will have a good time if on higher floor.

Closest place to stay if you’re attending a convention at the convention center. I like the style of the hotel, but room wasn’t as clean as it could have been, Tea and coffee was provided in the room but not a cup to drink it in. Shampoo dispenser in the showerwas completely empty.

Best Stay Ever!

The staff at this hotel made this one of the best stays I’ve ever had. We had some car issues (needed it picked up and transported 6 hours back home) and front desk and valet were able to make all accommodations to make it as smooth as possible. Front desk was phenomenal, personable, kind, and professional. Their recommendations for activities and the ‘must haves’ at Reading Market were spot on. I can’t wait to come back here, it will be the only place I will want to stay in Philly. Very secure and safe, also you can’t even hear the sounds of traffic from the rooms. Very quiet, very peaceful, great atmosphere. King room was massive, clean, comfortable, with three giant windows to let in the light glistening off City Hall. Valet is TOP NOTCH! Insanely kind and professional as well.

Everything seemed really clean until I got under the covers and there was a small black tar like substance under my sheets! I did not see this until AFTER I woke the next day. They had a $67 (where I could come and go for my stay) valet parking that they claimed they couldn't do for my Chrysler mini van. It was because it was supposedly too large. However they sent me to the SAME garage ( I saw the same Valet guys) where they valet park the cars but every time I parked there was a $40 charge. That Sucked!! Other than that It was ok.
