The staff and management at the time of my stay have a low standard for cleanliness. The hallways on multiple floors needed vacuuming, the lone elevator needed scrubbing, and the walls were noticeably scuffed and weathered. Inside my first room, the floor had not been properly swept or mopped, the walls had stains, the bathtub needed a scub, and the a/c unit was a little tattered. I notified the clerk at the front desk, and his response was, "Did you leave the room untampered?" I told him all I did was undo the sheets for my normal check for stains and evidence of bed bugs. While the sheets appeared clean, the comforter had holes on the underside. After giving me another room, the clerk went to remake the bed in the 1st. My 2nd room was clean, weathered, but clean. The water pressure in the shower and sink was low, but the water was hot. All in all, my stay wasn't the worst I have experienced, but definitely not worth the money I paid. This is more like a roadside motel with an elevator, not a real Quality Inn.

I went with my family for a 3 day stay and The air conditioner at my room wasn’t working and one of the day the elevator was out of order.

Check in was a breeze when we went to the room, the room was looking OK but the bathroom has a hole underneath the sink. The bed linens were dirty. The under carriage sheet was dirty with a lot of stains. We had to ask to change the linens, but they changed the room. The other room was worse, but we did not complain. I just went out and bought my own sheet set to put on the bed the bathroom was very nice. The shower was good. I didn’t eat anything there. I bought my own water my own food, but to be honest is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in all my life. The location is great. I just think quality Inn and suite corporate office. They should take a look and do some renovation the hotel badly needs upgrading.

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Quality Inn and Suites Bensalem, PA. The condition of our room was totally unacceptable, but we arrived around 11:00 p.m. and we needed to leave by 8:00 a.m. and we really needed to sleep so we stayed. I gave a list of the problems in the room to the front desk when we checked out and the person didn't apologize or even really seem to care about everything that was wrong. The worst thing in the room was the mold found under the shower mat. There was a hair on the bed, crumbs on the floor, parts of the wall missing, the ice machine was broken and the whole place was in bad condition. For breakfast, the coffee was a very light brown and obviously watered down the waffle mix was also very thin so the waffles came out very cracked and airy. I would not stay here again.

As soon as I entered the room, it smelled. I thought it was cigarette smoke; my daughter said it smelled of mildew. The sheets and shower curtains were stained/dingy. The floors were dirty with particles and dust bunnies. The bathroom sink had an odor that emanated from the drain, no working ventilator and cracked walls. Too expensive for the poor quality.

Bed linen was dirty and I ask for fresh linen the next morning and it was as if they use the same linen back on the bed, empty conditioner, and shampoo bottles hanged up in the bathroom coffee machine didn’t have the right coffee, patch holder room, smelt funky. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.
