Everyone was incredibly professional and friendly! The hotel is beautiful! Lobby is gorgeous and has a coffee shop and bakery! The bar has great knowledgeable bartenders and very friendly!!! The outdoor restaurant that's attached is GORGEOUS and the food is amazing!!!!

Stayed at the Sheraton because my daughters had a Volleyball tournament at the Phoenix Convention Center. The location was good and convenient. I liked the lounge amenities with the type of room and booking we had.

This property needs a lot of work: the bathtub is peeling to the point there’s a large circle of worn out paint in the middle of the tub, the toilet makes running noises at all hours of the night and the air conditioning sounds like it has a small band housed inside of it. Additionally, it took over an hour (twice!) to receive towels and please don’t arrive after 11pm because the only food options available will be a $5 bag of chips and other overpriced snacks.
