Everything you would want from a cheap hotel. New and modern with elevator at a bargain price. Friendly staff, breakfast on site and close to everything yet in a quiet location

Dirty and smelly. Avoid!

Dirty and smelly bathroom. Bathroom shower drains clogged consistently during stay with just running water for a few minutes. Reception staff unfriendly and unaccommodating. Requested a different room but still the same smelly bathroom.. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom is a basic requirement of any hotel stay. This was not met. I stayed in better motels than this place. Property looks neglected for being only 2 years old.

Very good, quiet location

We as a couple, definitely recommend this hotel, mostly for the location. As Patong is really busy resort, the place of the hotel was very quiet, no cars, no noise from the street and it was very calm in the hotel as well. It's very near the centre, Jungceylon, Banzaan market, and the beach like 15 min. Lovely spacious room with a balcony, very comfortable big bed, air conditioning worked very good, the rooms were cleaned everyday. The only minus was the bathroom - the sink was stuck almost all the time. Thanks to reception that they called to travel agency when the bus for the excursion didnt come. They solved our problem. We appreciate it a lot. Kop kun ka :)

Good dreams and Dream Phuket

This was a great stay, with very comfortable room and we wanted to stay longer, but another guest decided to also stay longer, so the manager made arrangements with the hotel next door (on his account) for us to stay there because he did not have another room for us at Dream Phuket. Thank you, ot was great!!

Awesome place to stay. 10mins by bike to beach.

Nice place. Just that kettle for boilling hot water rusted. Dangerous for customer if they did not check it and used it. Save box good just that having key room return to front desk with safe box key.. it unable to be called safe box anymore. Hoping there will be some upgrading on that two feedback alright Cheers!

Впечатление об отеле было испорчено при заселение. Заселили только в 15.30, вместо заявленных 14:00. Полтора часа прождали на ресепшене на жаре , т.к номер не был готов. Мадам даже не извинилась. Персонал постоянно с недовольными лицами, как будто делают одолжение. Завтрак никакой, пожалели, что забронировали с завтраками. Рядом отличные завтраки за 150 бат. Гостиницу не рекомендую.

De receptionisten waren niet echt behulpzaam leek wel net of ze er geen zin in hadden . De kamer zelf was gewoon uitstekend niks op aan te merken. Locatie was in een wat rustige omgeving maar als nog is alles op loopafstand.
