Good location

Within a couple of blocks of patong beach Easy walk to markets and shopping malls. Breakfast was basic but good.

Close to everything

Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Cleanliness could be improved - some more attention to bathroom ( at least in my room ) and seating in foyer could be cleaner.
Location: Everything close. 7/11 across road. Taxi, tours, massage, everything close by.
Stayed 5 nights. Staff not overtly friendly, but answered queries pleasantly enough. Check in and out simple. Two small elevators. Room not huge but certainly big enough for my needs. King bed, quite hard, and may not suit everyone but I liked it that way and linen had some slight stains. Small fridge, cups and kettle ( only coffee, no tea bags or milk ). Good size bathroom, shower hot and good pressure, but could be cleaner ( several patches of what looked like mould ) and one day used towel folded and put back on shelf. Some toiletries. Bins emptied daily. Air conditioner noisy and quite cold so turned it off at night. No TV programme and could not find any English channels ( but did not visit Phuket to watch TV ). Wifi was fast enough for my needs. Breakfast basic but enough to start the day. Small pool on roof - did not use, but looked in reasonable condition. Found it quite noisy at night and worse when Bangla Road is in full force so those who need quiet to sleep may need ear plugs. But close to everything and walking distance to beach and shopping centre. It certainly is not the cleanest or the friendliest place I have stayed, but for the price I paid per night, it was perfect for me and happy with what I got and would stay here again.

Pros: Close to Jungceylon Mall, Banzan Fresh Market (best place in Phuket) and Bangla Road
Cons: We asked hotel to arrange a taxi from the airport. It never came
Location: Perfect, Outstanding, 5 mins walk to EVERYTHING
Facilities: Basic, pool is a bit small; Value: Bargain, Fantastic, A steal, before opening sale; Service: Amateur, needs more professionals; Cleanliness: Pleasant; They paid the difference for the taxi. (only 100 baht, but still a good gesture)

Pros: Convenient location. Beach towels, hair dryer, kettle and bottled water supplied.
Cons: Shower flooded. Staff were mostly unfriendly and unhelpful.

Facilities: Modern; Value: Average price; Service: Unhelpful; Cleanliness: Clean; Hotel did not honour Wotif deal. We booked for suites with balconies and an upgrade but received a standard room with no balcony for whole stay

Pros: Close to Jungceylon centre, a small night market and the boxing stadium.
Cons: Rooms are small and face either a concrete wall or a noisy construction site. Bathrooms are separated only by a frosted window.
Think twice before staying here.
