Check in was fine, I asked if we could get a room with a tub, as we have small children with us and was told none available. Later in the evening a worker mentioned there were over 60 rooms available tonight .. interesting. Any rooms on the first floor are horrendous because of the proximity to the elevator, lobby and pool. It’s 10 PM and our baby keeps waking up due to kids yelling and screaming running up and down the hall. Tried calling the front desk several times and just get a busy signal. Overall disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel.

When we walked in the office lady told us that they over booked our type of room. I asked her how? If we called 2 weeks prior and I was told my reservation was fine. She said at that time, the room was available. When they had other people come in they ended up taking our room. All I wanted was a bathtub, but they didn’t have any available. How does someone else take your reserved room if it was reserved prior? Then she tried saying she couldn’t do anything to change our room because we used a 3rd party. She called her supervisor and they told her to just give us a different room. Thankfully we got a different room after the back and forth and our room was dirty. Mold in the shower, around the ring of the top of the sink. Orange substance splattered under the bathroom sink on the walls. Dirt on the floors. Will not book our next trip here. Expedia shows this as a 9 star rating. That is not accurate.
