Service was fantastic. Debbie at the front desk was amazing. Helped us on multiple occasions and even remembered my daughter was competing for gymnastics and wished her luck. Highly recommend. Only wish breakfast started earlier or there was to-go options as we prepaid and couldn’t use it since we needed to check in to compete at 7:30am and breakfast started at 7. There wasn’t anything to just grab so our voucher we paid for was useless

Terrible hotel! Room was dirty staff extremely rude. After paying an extremely high price for room to find out there was no free coffee or pastries or anything. The lady at the front desk laughed in our face and said sorry. Will never be back

Bed was comfortable. But the rest wasn't so good. Ice machine was broke. One of the elevators wasn't working and the other one took forever to go 3 floors. And the heater/cooler was so loud when it turned on.
