So I booked a two night stay room was clean and nice, but step petsy was $170. That was a fee, not a deposit. So it almost cost me 4 by little. Dog to stay as much as it cost me for 2 nights. That article said buffet breakfast. I took that as a continental breakfast in the morning. No, you pay for your breakfast. And you have to go down and sit in the little area. So I would never go back and stay again.

The hotel was wonderful. The kind bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The king room offered a lot of space and the bathroom was also extremely large. The shower itself had amazing water pressure and the shampoo and conditioner as well as other bath products were vegan and smelled amazing. The property was centrally located to everything I needed, including really great restaurants, hiking trails, malls and multiple towns. The only thing I did not like was the worker behind the bar. Did not take away from my stay but she was on her phone the whole time and not attentive. She also served me 2 beers with things floating in it, eventually we just switched beers altogether. She has an attitude of sorts but again, just because I don't recommend the restaurant and the pricing doesnt mean I won't be staying here again. I will be. It was great!

The room was spotless and the guest service was great. Jeannie was very helpful and made me feel good as a guest at this location she showed true hospitality. The recommendations I said is that the beds needed to be more firm.

My wife and i were in New York for an extended stay and this Best Western was absolutely amazing. It is on the service road but you don’t hear the highway noise once inside the hotel. The staff was so friendly and the place was spotless. This is a real find and so close to restaurants. It made out stay that much nicer.
