Place functions as a store front for tequila store hotel is run down and uncared for, air conditioners do not work, had to changed rooms 3 times, there is no security ..room has no latch to insured noone is going to break in . Not worth price of $40. A night. More like 10$, water is poor

It was at the center of 5th Avenue. About 50 feet from the shopping Mall. A huge plus. Unfortunately it did not look like the pictures online. A bit of small little flies, and place humid. This did not sit well with wife.

Pros: location (close to everything), clean rooms, hot water, cold air conditioner, friendly staff. Cons: also location - hotel is right on 5th avenue so it's close to lots of clubs/bars, it's super loud at night, very hard to sleep. My family stayed for 6 days, I had a room on the second floor, my mom and dad had a room downstairs. They said it wasn't too loud in their room. I suggest asking for a downstairs room if you stay at this hotel. Rooms were good for the price. I would recommended this hotel to people who plan on going out to the bars at night or heavy sleepers.

It is impossible to find. It has no signage. One must pass through a Tequila store... NOT a Zen anything as in the photo, which is not the entrance, anyway. The location is very good, and considering that, it was not as noisy as it could have been. The A/C worked fine. The refrigerator froze everything. Worst of all is that when I realized that I seriously overtipped, I found 5 minutes later that the larger amount had been removed by the desk clerk and replaced with a token amount. But when I confronted her about it, she returned the overage, but I doubt the chamber maid got anything.

Hotel did not have our room available and walked us into a dorty used room. We left and did not stay. Ended up paying 3x to find a new room at midnight

Pretty tough to find late at night, and the locals all pointed initially to 'Blue Parrot Beach', which was near, but closed. Met a nice guy qhk pounted us and upon arrival, pretty sweet! Speakeasy-ish, if you wil...walk theough a liquor store and BAM. spnish speaking staff was friendly and qe were abel to communicate woth a few words. Easily. Simple and had everything we needed including a mini fridge and AC. The clubs were near and you could hear them but it wasnt too annoying. Actually kind of a deep beat to rock you to sleep. Woke up to birds chirping. Pretty beautiful.

This is not for everyone. It is located on 5th ave near the bars. You will hear music late into the night. It was clean and the rooms were big and comfortable. There isn't a lobby and you enter the hotel through a tequila shop walkway. It was a little difficult to find as there was no signage. The price was half what others were charging so it was a great deal and I can sleep through anything. I would absolutely go back

The property is located behind a tequila store and there was no signage to direct you. There was any other Blue Parrot studios that closed down about 2 years ago. Everyone we asked told use that it had closed down. I spent two hours trying to locate it before I found d it.

The pictures in the review are photoshop once you get there is totally different. The shower on all 3 bed rooms rented didnt work. The bed was so hard it seem I was sleeping in the floor, plus the blanket had a blood stain. I could say the only good thing of this hotel is that is close by clubs that all.

Shame that Expedia is promoting this kind of hotels ...It's ugly, unhealthy, mud everywhere, mosquitoes because the everything is dirty. My wife didn't use this hotel she went the other one. Please forget this hotel is completely insane

you get what you pay for

The pictures are a little deceiving. Its not as nice as it looks but for the price ill take it. The only real issue I had was when we got our room it was extremely hot, the AC was broken and it didnt get fixed til about 7pm, I checked in at 1.. The location was the best thing. Right in the middle of everything. There's food/clubs/beach anything you need right down the street. With that being said, the music goes on until 4-5 in the morning from the clubs but it wasnt an issue for us. The service was good, nice people working there.
