The resort is massive! (Big) Bring comfortable shoes or sandals. The room/bathroom was outdated. Beds were too small to fit two adults on one bed. They need at least a queen size bed. Pillows could’ve been a lot more fluffy. The staff were super nice. However, they all give wrong information and have you walking around the resort back and forth like dummies. The restaurant reservations are never available on the mobile app. The concierge only allowed us to do one restaurant reservation the day off. The disco is boring, the DJ allowed young ladies wearing sexy outfits to pick songs to play and were not dancing songs. Not to mention they were dancing all over him in the DJ booth. The disco offers “VIP” tables with a purchase of a Liquor bottle. The liquor is definitely low end alcohol. Captain Morgan and Jose Cuervo for tequila, just an example of what they offer. The pool or beach did not have chairs available after 10am. You definitely need to wake up early and reserve your chairs or rent a cabana in advance for an extra fee. The beach is rocky and not the prettiest beach in the riviera Maya. Big waves in December. The beer at the lobby bar smelled rotten or possibly the cups.. not sure which one it was. The Italian restaurant was under staffed and the hostess did not provide any help to the waiter by simply handing out the menus and welcoming us. Overall, I would not recommend this resort if the above is important to you. There’s many other options. Feel free to ask ?
