I’m diabetic and my insulin pump died while I was there and they went above and beyond to get me insulin and syringes from off the resort. Completely saved our trip. The food was incredible for the most part and our family had the best time! My only complaint was the air conditioning shutting off when we left the room. Things never really cooled off but it could have been worse.

Clean place but could not get a reservation for dinner. It says first come first serve but everyone also still had reservations and we kept getting pushed. We couldn’t get in anywhere in 3 hours with starving kids! We had to unfortunately involved PR and make a scene just to get fed dinner without going to a buffet. You can only make reservations when you check in and get a room number. Checked in and no reservations all week! I didn’t pay 7k to eat at a mediocre buffet for dinner that we eat for breakfast and lunch. The Mexican restaurant is nasty. The beach we could not go on it’s completely brown and seagrassam is everywhere. Wouldn’t return.
