Modern PH one block to the beach

My apartment is perfectly located at the beginning of 5th Avenue and in a quiet section of Playa del Carmen. It’s only 7 minutes walk to the best Playacar beach in town. You will walk from the apartment no more than 5 minutes to the ferry Terminal to Cozumel or to the ADO bus station.
Apartment is modern and comes with communal pool and private patio.
I would like you to feel comfortable and have a great vacation. I hope you will appreciate the value of my accommodation.

The space

The apartment is 2 story loft/penthouse. From the Living room you have the view to the courtyard and our communal swimming pool. Upstairs you have a very private patio. The apartment is 106 m2 or 1,100 and it’s very roomy. There are 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor. All furniture is modern, there is a smart TV, wireless internet and well equipped kitchen. King size bed is comfortable and the new sofa bed in the the living room is a good size. I store an additional folding bed with memory foam mattress for an extra guest.
I provide free underground parking at the premises.

Great stay - will definitely be back

Yurek was a terrific host. The condo was exactly as pictured. Yurek met us a check in and did a walk thru with us. It was easy to contact him if we had any questions throughout our stay and he responded very promptly. The condo is in a great location, an easy walk to the beautiful beach and 5th Avenue as well. Yurek made the check out process a breeze. I even followed up with him when we got home. He is a great guy and I feel as though I have made a new friend. Thanks for the great stay Yurek!

Great apartment!

This apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We've rented many diffrent apartments over the years in Playa and they almost always dont live up to the pictures. This apartment was nicely updated and very comfortable. It was nice to be able to just walk out a few short steps to the shared pool and the location was great if you like to have quick access to the ferry, the ado, alot of great restaurants, and fifth ave (although I like 10th ave better) The grocery stores were a bit of a hike but we like to walk and discovered another fruit stand that we didnt know was there! Yurek was a very good host. Showed us everything we needed to know upon arrival, gave us his # if we needed anything and was kind enough to let us stay a bit past checkout as our flight wasn't for later in the afternoon. Thanks again Yurek!
