We already knew the PDC El Faro property & staff (same people from 2 years ago) were as good as it gets, as we had previously stayed in another unit within El Faro. It is beach-front property with an incredible pool.This beautiful unit was 100% guest-ready, stocked with some very thoughtful treats & extras we would not expect. If you have sunscreen, you do NOT need to stop anywhere before checking in. Taxi, Uber, or Shuttle from Cancun airport drops you off at the front door after a 40-60 minute drive.

Overall the place is very nice my only gripe would be that you have to pay to wash your laundry there’s no in room washer and it’s not super cheap. They don’t do housekeeping so you will also have to wash your own sheets Also if you rent a car make sure you book in advance that you want a parking spot. However that being said the front desk people were lovely and the room was super nice

First let’s start with Patricia our host! She was on top of every question or message (too many) I sent her normally would answer within an hour!!I as extremely grateful for the extra GRUB she left us! When we were too tired after beaching and shopping all day there was always something to eat! Location location location… perfect spot for beaching, shopping, and eating! I could not nor would not have wanted more from a vacation spot! Thanks a ton Patricia we will be sure and look you up when we return to Playa!! We had a great time!
