For stays of 7 nights or more, a daily allowance of 20 kWh of electricity is included. Excess consumption is charged at 5 MXN per extra kWh. With normal, responsible use you should stay within this limit: run the A/C only while indoors, keep doors and windows closed when it is on, and turn it off when you leave.



You have full private access to the apartment, plus the shared rooftop pool, gym, BBQ and lounge areas, lobby and elevator, which are shared with other residents of the condominium.

Located in a residential area very close to the famous Fifth Avenue, a vibrant pedestrian promenade filled with boutiques, restaurants and bars offering an exceptional dining and shopping experience. White-sand beaches and turquoise waters are also nearby.

Getting Around:

You likely will not need a car. Most attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.



For trips further afield there are taxis, car rentals, colectivos (shared vans) and buses (such as ADO) connecting Playa del Carmen with Cancun and Tulum. Bicycles are also available to rent, and the city has an extensive network of bike lanes connecting the main tourist spots.



Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 45-minute drive. We can help arrange private transfers through trusted partners; just ask.



Other Things to Note:

Please note this is a central, lively area; there may be daytime construction or maintenance noise nearby.



Before arrival, we request an official photo ID of every guest who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This official identification is required to authorize access to the property and to comply with the building's rules.



You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions) during your stay. We care about the environment and ask you to respect them; please do not leave food outside.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap and other essentials. Additional cleaning or replenishment during your stay is available for an extra cost.



For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21 degrees C, as this can affect its performance.
