Great place but with issues (hope they fix em)
The house was of good size, with good lighting, great design, and complete kitchen amenities, which we liked. However, we faced a couple of problems with this booking. First off, we got passed on to not just one but TWO separate property management companies. First was Red Awning, the next was Bric Rentals. They promised to send us check in info 5 days before our check in but they didn’t. We emailed and called a couple of times, went on chat support, etc. to no avail. We landed at the airport and we were still calling them. We were prepared to checkin at another hotel. It was a very stressful experience. At the very last minute, literally as we are on the car to our hotel, the property management company replied to us with the details for check in. Mind you, there was no front desk. They also didn’t apologize or own up to their mistake. A certain “Marcos” was assigned to us but we never got talk to him. So we got to check in. We love the place except for one thing: the main bathroom sink is so clogged you literally have to wait an hour for the water to subside after brushing your teeth. This made it inconvenient but thankfully they had two bathrooms. One was in the living room though. Lastly, there’s karaoke noise til 2am. Be wary of that. Hope they fix their communication issues and the sink, and it would have been a really good place to stay.
