The location is excellent. The beach is beautiful. Pools are nice. Food was good. Rooms are clean, but poorly maintained. Almost all elevators were broken. VIP access was useless. Found zero benefit.

The grounds were gorgeous and the staff were amazing. Our room was outdated, space under door where scorpion got in, broken AC, tub leaked all over floor, also didn’t like getting turned away for blue bracelets.

The rooms need a drastic remodel. There aren’t enough electrical outlets, the shower is outdated and the rooms are not very quiet. The overall resort is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rueben at check in was amazing and welcoming. So friendly and fun.

Reasonable Stay.

We had a good time here. The rooms are older and have not been renovated. At least the one we had been was incredibly outdated. However, the room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable — the balcony was great. We liked the environment and the entire space of the property was really pretty to walk. We were primarily disappointed about the food; it really was not that great. We only enjoyed the breakfasts, and the beachfront enjoyment of that breakfast… super breakfast buffet. Overall, we may stay here again, traveling through Mexico. I would recommend of you traveling with children. We were 2 adults, and this is for sure a great family resort.

Water Issues: No water to shower on day 1 of our stay, leaving guests to clean themselves in the private pools. No hot water in our room for the first 3 days. When we did have some hot water, it would run out quickly, making it difficult to enjoy basic amenities. Limited Dining Options: The buffets were closed, and despite multiple attempts, it was impossible to make reservations at the other restaurants, severely limiting our dining choices. Unpleasant Odor: There was a persistent stench of sewage around the property, which detracted from the overall experience and made it difficult to fully enjoy the resort. Food-Borne Illness: My family and I all experienced diarrhea, and some members also suffered from vomiting. As I am 7 months pregnant, I could not take any medication to alleviate my symptoms, which further impacted our stay. Hot Tub Issues: The hot tub was cold and dirty, which was concerning. We never used it. Harassment by Staff: Every day, my husband and I were accosted multiple times per day by staff members asking if we were interested in “visiting the property for an hour and receiving free massages” in exchange for listening to a timeshare presentation. This continued throughout our stay, and staff even left a note on our door requesting that we immediately go to reception for “compensation” – another attempt to discuss timeshares. Fourth family trip with a young child. Property has some maintenance issues in the rooms they need to prioritize and work through. Water pressure needs to be improved and the patio doors need attention.

Mediocre food bordering on terrible (breakfast and lunch), dinners were ok to good. The service was mediocre to bad, which surprised me. The shows were actually hit or miss. Nice beach! Overall not impressed and would not go back…
