Great Location

The mini-split unit did not work at all in one bedroom and when we requested them to come look, they never did but wanted us to submit a picture of the thermostat which is not possible on the VRBO app. We were also charged and entire nights stay for coming into the unit early. Had we of known this we would have waited but were not given an option. The unit is nice. It had everything you need for a small group. It is close to everything. I would not use Samson Waters property management group when selecting a unit from VRBO for the reasons stated above.
