The cleaning lady does an amazing job of leaving the home clean. The management team's communication, Luis, is fairly quick; we had a couple of hiccups, and they assisted us right away. The location is walkable, there is a small restaurant, bakery and OXXO 5minutes away. It takes approximately 25 minutes to walk to The Reef Hotel side entrance to the beach and about the same to reach Playa del Carmen mall and Avenida Quinta. The home is very spacious for large families, with comfortable beds and the pool is reasonably large and comfortable to use even for non-swimmers, it is about 4-feet deep with shallow areas to sit and lay.
