Best Western - accommodation in Polegate

Had a great overnight stay here, lucky to have a room overlooking the seafront which gave us a wonderful view, well worth the room upgrade. Were attending an event in the Hotel which was wonderfully hosted and very enjoyable. Bar area was a little cramped later on as was very popular post dinner but a great atmosphere, must give a special call out to the concierge and porter team as they were great sorting out our car and luggage which may seem a small thing but when you can arrive at a hotel, step inside and leave all of the arrangements to the concierge team it makes the whole experience totally hassle free and likewise when leaving, all of the luggage was in the car and the car was ready when we came back from our morning "blow the cobwebs away sea front walk". its a small thing but goes a long way to making you feel very special about your stay, many thanks......

Stayed for one night, we didn’t expect any frills due to the price we paid. Staff were helpful and good location

Excellent quality hotel in great condition. Perfect central location overlooking the beach on one side and the Lanes area on the other. Staff were friendly and very efficient. I will happily stay here again.
