Typical Mallorcan family house from the 19th century with swimming pool:
This modern house is located in one of the entrances of Pollensa with easy parking and a great location to visit the town of Pollensa and the surrounding area.

It is a typical Mallorcan family home of the nineteenth century (recorded in 1875) with building materials are stone, sandstone, wood (pine and cypress) and traditional Mallorcan floors.

Completely renovated in 2004 respecting the distribution and original materials of the house, restoring them and giving importance to its simplicity characteristic of Majorcan style.

The house has three floors of 100m2 each, with a courtyard of 70 m2. On the ground floor there is a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a small pantry located under the stairs. The ground stone is typical of old Mallorcan houses.

There is a yard with toilet, laundry and pool 3mx4n. On the ground floor there is also a garage for up to 8 bicycles and a biomass boiler.

On the first floor with original Mallorcan floors, there are 3 bedrooms, one with shower, a bathroom and a reading room.

On the third floor, with polished concrete floor, we find a suite of 50 m2 with bathroom with double shower.

The house has WIFI and air conditioning and is fully equipped for 8 adults.
