Very clean, water and milk in the room. Nice outlook and well situated. Reception was closed when we arrived but the instructions on how to check-in were very simple to follow. My only issue and it's not the properties issue, when arriving after 9.30 at night you can not get anything to eat which isn't great when you've spent the day travelling

The location is very good at Port Campbell with restaurants and groceries opposite. It’d be perfect if its WiFi was more stable (not speed) not to drop connections frequently.

We had the premium suite room 18 and it had a lovely sunny aspect, the room held its heat nicely too, which was great as the weather was cold with icy winds. There was a little balcony facing the foreshore so we could hear and see the waves crashing. Walk to everything. Very cute
