Room was clean, staff member was friendly on check in. Water pressure was poor so not a great shower. We were only there one night but thought it was expensive for what it was. Would of been different if we got one of the newer units it got an older motel unit

Location and views were great. Facilities in the room were appropriate. However, the shower was reallllllly slow, just not enough water and pressure, took way too longer for showers. Other than that, it was great experience staying there.

Reception staff were wonderful. Howeve, and I realise it was a long weekend but for $300/ night for a queen bed was pretty over the top. No servicing of the room (we stayed 3 nights), door lock chain was broken, bathroom amenities were a joke at this price (one soap and two very small tubes of stuff)- most motels have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. We had to remove our rubbish and wash our dishes (in the bathroom sink). One sheet of tissue paper. I realise that this motel caters for overseas tourists (evident by the rice cooker as part of the cutlery equipment), but you need to lift your game.

Location to the beach was great, the room was okay, could have been cleaner with dead flies on the windowsill which should be cleaned up. Also, no toaster in room which they quickly fixed. We were in the family room, throughout the night there was a pump or something that kept starting/stopping which wasn't great. Otherwise the room was great for the family of 4

Room not as expected. No table, no luggage rack. The lock on the door was just a chain lock. Would have had to move the couch to shut the window so it stayed open the whole time. Towels not fresh smelling. Bathroom fan needs vacuuming. Should vacuum under couch cushions- found a dirty comb there and lots of dirt. Reception listened politely when I said the room wasn’t as expected and told me I should have scrolled down when booking. I gave a 3 rating because the place had parking and clean sheets on the bed.

Stayed in Unit 22. The outside air handling unit behind the main bedroom made ridiculously loud noises most of the night. It’s clearly in very poor condition. Hardly slept a wink. This can’t be the first time a guest has raised. Needs seen to urgently. Not a positive experience, in particular given the nightly cost.
