Great stay in a very affordable appartment in the heart of Port Douglas. Conny is a very attentive host, and she did her very best to accommodate our needs. The pool is not very big but set in a fabulous tropical setting, very refreshing any time of the day. We felt at home and will keep a found memory of our stay in Le Cher du Monde.

The location is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. They booked me a transfer from PD to Cairns and recommended an excellent tour company to visit the Barrier Reef. I highly recommend these self catering holiday apartments.

Great location in the heart of town. Easy walk to Four Mile Beach. Room overlooked the Main Street, very convenient. The pool was a disappointment. Not maintained and water at very low tide. Was told pool would be filled overnight but that didn’t happen during my stay

Lovely property very well located. Heaps of shops, restaurants and cafes in walking distance, as well as Coles supermarket. Also walking distance to the marina if you book any reef excursions. Limited parking under the building, but we were always able to get one on the street if it was full. Great friendly staff who communicated very promptly whenever I had queries.

The property has had a makeover with a beautiful paint exterior and internal. There is a lovely little coffee shop at the entrance which was very convenient for coffee and breakfast. The pool was small but very nice with a little waterfall and sloping entry which was nice to lay on. The hosts Robert and Lyn were super friendly and very organised.

The room was great, staff were great. Within easy walking distances to shops, beach, port area and all types of eating places. While the internet was free it kept cutting out. The pool is not heated and is quite small. The photos on the site make the pool seem larger than what it is.
