I was disappointed with the resort. It was very much in need of a tidy up, the room was aged and there were signs of mould on the roof. The staff were unhelpful and our housekeeping was really hit and miss. I will not return

The property itself was lovely, our room was clean, but on booking one room for three adults, it was never mentioned that the third bed would be a roll away bed or a fold out sofa bed. We got the roll away, with no doona just sheets. There was also only two towels for three of us. We contacted reception and they supplied the extra towel and a blanket. Had the roll away bed been mentioned when we booked, we would’ve looked at getting two rooms for the three of us, or even looked at another property. Maybe they need to make it clear when booking what the third bed would be. The set up of the resort looks lovely but it was like a rabbit warren to get to our room at the far end of the property. All in all the stay was pleasant enough, but we were glad we were only for one night.
