My daughter and I were there for a concert at the Moda Center. I was afraid of coming back to the hotel late. It was well lit and people were dining and walking at night. There's is a list of food places that are within walking distance to the hotel that helped us explore other food options and walk.

I was very pleased to find this quaint, comfortable, clean hotel for our 1 night stay. It's older and shows signs of age but it's clean, and well maintained. The area it's located in isn't the greatest but on the hotel property it felt safe and secure. I was disappointed that there was no coffee pot in the room. Everything else was great! The bed was extremely comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!

The stay was fine. Cleanliness could definitely be improved in the bathroom and room was overall dusty but other than that it did the job.

Wonderful stay, surpassed my expectations for a motel style property. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Looks like they used to have a pool, but its boarded up now (would be amazing if they brought the pool back).

This hotel is pretty disgusting. Not only are the rooms filthy, but after I checked in a heard another guest threaten to shoot someone in the parking lot. Not worth it. Decided to stay somewhere else and checked out immediately.
