clean, large, convenient location, ginza restaurant was awesome, free coffee in the lobby is available all day, easy check in, easy valet parking, friendly helpful staff, awesome place to stay. will come back!

Great stay. Front desk very helpful. Getting into our room early in the morning was very helpful minor note: when we entered room 734 on 10/20, there was an empty water bottle on the floor & a pair of black panties. We threw both away and all was fine

Lovely hotel in the Pearl is my go to when I come up to stay for concerts and blazers games. Friendly staff, excellent pool and amazing breakfast. Also the new in house restaurant is very good!

We had a wonderful stay for a family birthday trip to the zoo. When the staff heard it was our daughter's birthday, they decorated the room before our arrival, making it so memorable for her. The pool was a hit with the kid friendly features. The staff was so friendly and accomodating. We will stay here again!
