Athough an older building, new flooring and tile work look sleek and clean. Perhaps it was due to the snow storm, but the room was not fully equipped with coffee cups or a Microwave which we've come to count on to heat up leftovers. We were told there is one in the fitness room, but very inconvenient. There were no instructions how to use the heater so that necessitated a call. Also the plastic cafeteria style chairs offer little comfort for relaxation and the bed having a metal base and slats made clanking sounds when getting in and out. The walking noises overhead seemed excessively loud early in the morning. This sounds nit picky but reviews are helpful to me when deciding where to stay so trying to be thorough. As we had a handicap accessible room I'd line to review aspects that were helpful or not. The shower is handheld, but should be on a sliding bar for shorter people or those who need to sit for safety. Someone in a wheelchair would be able to enter the shower without assistance but would not be able to reach the showerhead. For those of us with need to sit to shower there is no bench or shower chair. The towels were a good quality, large and fluffy. The rails were in good positions.
