Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I knew better than to give this place another shot but after long shifts and a long commute home, I made the WRONG DECISION to get some rest here one more time instead of a risky drive home.
A month before , after a long shift the room I had had the heat blasting and the room/bed area smelled like feet. (3rd floor)
This more recent time, when I checked in; the bed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. (4th floor) The pillows had smudges and the bed was full of wrinkles and some type of “crumbs”/ debris. I asked for a different room in which they put me in the room across the hall ( why would you do that when that most likely was the same person who “cleaned” the other room, smh). That room was also disgusting and I found a bug.
I tried to find a different place to stay and was caught up with circumstances that enabled true success and I was tired from a long commute and long 12hr shift , on top of not wanted to have that money wasted since they never offered a way to help refund or make my stay better. They put me on the 5th floor and luckily that was cleaner. But still not actually clean and the shower had hair on the walls. But with 5hrs left to sleep before needing to go back to work; I rested for a while. I will NEVER go back to this hotel. I advise you to stay elsewhere unless you like dirty hotels.
