The showers desperately needed some RMR mold remover. Not enough trash cans in the suite. No smart TV. Sofa bed was uncomfortable for the kids (could feel the bars). Only had 3 towels for a 4 person room.

Loved this boutique hotel! Clean, stylish and comfortable room, very friendly/helpful staff, and a great location in the city. Multiple dining and shopping options nearby. Safe parking in underground garage. I would definitely stay there again!

Good food nearby, Jake’s, Hal’s, and Nuvrei-great breakfast. Rory was wonderfully helpful. The homeless in the area make it a bit sketchy.

The staff was great. The facility was beautiful. The room was beautiful with lots of conveniences. The only negatives were 1) the mattress was worn out and left us achy in the mornings; and, 2) the room was too cool and drafty. The heater couldn’t keep up. P.S. I know it’s the PNW.
