The price Does not match the Quality

To be honest this trip left a lot to be desired. The main positive about this hotel is its security which I do appreciate. However, there are quite a few areas that need addressing. Rooms are dated. Beds were uncomfortable. Office chair is cheap and not useful. Actually the back pain speaks for itself. The AC units did not work as well. I had to set it to 72 just to get the room to 76. The lobby was very noisy as they had kids running around (not much they can do except remind other guests to keep voices down). Vending machine didn’t work. I strongly believe maintenance is an ongoing enemy. For the price of these rooms I was quite surprised there was no Fridge or Mocrowave. I should mention that the initial room they gave us was dirty, and the phone wasn’t working. (Another positive, customer service upgraded us for free) Overall if I knew this would be the experience I would have chosen Motel 6.

Did not have the room that i booked (2 queen beds) proceeds to book me in a single bed with No microwave and No mini fridge. The ice can to retrieve the half melted ice reaked of dog food so no fridge no microwave for 2 days in a tiny room that barely had enough room to walk around the bed.

Our room was $176 a night so we thought it’d be nicer. Unfortunately our room had mold growing in it, warped walls and a random hole in the ceiling. Would not stay here again. I will say the bed was comfortable and staff were nice.
