Excellent check in with very cool staff. The young person helping us what really sweet and helpful. They were using ambient heat which didn’t let me temp control the room. For the women over 40, bring a fan. Second time we’ve been here but we’d go again for another downtown experience. These things were very minor. A cute place, fun atmosphere. And they care about the animals. 💜

Listen the Rose Stay pineapple is my go to Hotel when I'm visiting Portland and travelling through. I LOVE this hotel--the location a stones throw away from the Waterfront, free bike rentals, complementary drinks in the bar/restaurant, the friendly staff, the free stainless pineapple water battles and refill station, the free cookies and even moreso the super comfy beds and duvets!! Ahhh..those beds holds me hostage!! PINEAPPLE me plz and Thank you!!

AC was not working properly. Carpets looked like they haven't been vacuumed in a month. Toilet moved when you sat on it. The more expensive room with a view over the river was very noisy because of the heavy traffic on tjat side and you could smell car fumes inside the room.
