The place has been designed to create a sleek, soothing, and stylish feel, incorporating the highest-grade finishes.

The Space:
The exterior of our building stands out in a cityscape increasingly dominated by uniform structures. Featuring rusted metal siding, painted stucco panels, and blackened Japanese Shou Sugi Ban wood, it creates a distinctive aesthetic that catches the eye of anyone traveling along Hawthorne Boulevard. Ideally located between the bustling commercial heart of Hawthorne and charming, leafy streets lined with architectural gems from the past 120 years, our building offers the best of both worlds.
Inside, the design embraces a sleek, soothing European ambiance, with every detail crafted for luxury and comfort. High-end surfaces and finishes include mini-split heating and cooling systems, stainless steel appliances (including dishwashers), in-unit washer/dryers, and soaring 9-ft ceilings.
