Westside Studio Guest House with loft

Modern guest-house in a private garden setting at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Guest-house studio is set on a 1/2 acre in Cedar Mill, one of most desirable neighborhoods in NW Portland.
The quiet street ends at Lost Park, a small park with tennis courts and leads to many walking trails.

The space
Spacious and private 680 sq. ft. studio with, with a 12 foot vaulted ceiling, kitchenette, sleeping loft and spacious bath.
The studio is set in a private garden setting behind the main house, with private and separate entry.
During dry weather in spring, summer and early fall, enjoy the backyard with fruit trees, humming birds, grapes, lavender. You will have outside living on two private decks.
Off street parking.
In late fall and winter the many skylights and windows offer plenty of natural light.
We welcome one pet only and dogs are welcome to roam in the yard
Guest access
Access to the studio guest house is on a wooden path along a rock garden in the front yard.
A gate and well-lit path along the back side of the main house leads to the stand alone private guest house, located in the privacy of the back yard.
Other things to note
The studio is very bright with 6 skylights and lot's of windows. It has a glass garage door that opens up to the deck and creates great ventilation when open.

The studio is well insulated and has good airflow. In the fall and winter months, two space heaters keep the studio ambiently comfortable.

A large ceiling fan and a portable A/C unit keep hot summers cool

There are two TVs with regional channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime, no cable.

Internet is shared with the main house through a WiFi extender.

Kitchenette offers a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and pressure cooker but no full stove. There is a grill outside for outdoor cooking with a gas side burner.
