The apartment was well kept spacious and clean. The property is close to many restaurants and easy access to public transport. Walkable distance to a few attractions also. Instructions were clear on how to check in after reception was closed. Note there is no elevator at the property and there are three floors, so consider accessibility when staying with heavy luggage or persons with limited mobility.

We loved our stay here. Lovely apartment with 2 burner stove, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and a little dishwasher! Great location with a grocery store and laundromat just up the street. Highly recommend.

The team running Porto Downtown lovers appartment were excellent, good communication, attentive and friendly. Beautiful, clean and secure appartments that look exactly like the photos. Interesting arty area of Porto, easily walkable to all the parts of Porto you want to see. Cafe Diogo, across the road is the best!

Really disappointed because its not the room in the picture, you canot open the windows the same ways, its not as big . You should put all the room in the picture so at least we know it might not be the one that we saw . I made sur to read every details for this not to happen and it never mentioned it could be another room

Staff were friendly, their communication was great. Bed was the best thing, firmness of the mattress was just right. Space was a little small but can get by. Parking option is excellent considering in a downtown location.

Beautiful apartment, very well equiped the only very small problem, their was no kettle to boil water for tea or coffee, however their is a coffee pod machine in the apartment. Beatriz on the Reception was so lovely, kind and welcoming, will stay here again on our next visit to Porto.
