The place is “dated” and could use some renovations, but overall it’s a great place to stay. We’ve stayed there numerous times now and will do it again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed so comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. We're already panning a return trip this year. Free parking was a huge bonus and being directly across the street from the beach and near everything.

Pleasently surprised. This little cozy place was more then I expected. Staff was nice, view was great, room was clean. Convenient to everything, even the neighboring rooms were respectful. No late night shanagins. The coffee shop down stairs was a big plus. Great coffee, muffins, opens at 6am. Really had a great stay.

The only real selling point for this property is the location and the oceanfront balcony. There is no elevator, no pool, the rooms are small, the shower was the approximate size of a coffin and security is all but nonexistent …BUT you are just a few steps from the sand and the balcony view is amazing. If you are looking for upscale accommodations this definitely ain’t it but if you are looking for just a (hard) bed to sleep in it is very serviceable for that. I would stay again.

Very close to the beach! Perfect in this way. Staff not always present, must make a call to get someone's attention. Room has NO microwave - a community one does exist. Our TV had 2 none working issues, both times, management had to come up to fix it. Parking is 1 block away and tight quarters. Right next door to the hotel is a good coffee shop (about $6/coffee).

Absolutely terrible parking set up on a random side street. We weren't even able to properly park let alone exit our vehicle comfortably. Squeezed in like a can of sardines. I was worried about my car being damaged and decided to leave first in the morning. The entrance door is just a hole in the wall in between stores on the strip. & poor customer service etiquette when checking out. The "ring the bell for service" is tacky
